What a horror! My belly falls back on my belt when I sit down…

Everything was fine until the sun came out… No more chunky sweaters to hide your curves. Shame and fright when I tried on my summer wardrobe.

Compulsory scheme and sport. But despite everything, there was this rebellious, tenacious fat that wouldn’t listen. So I opted for a session of Coolsculpting. In the magazines, I had read nothing but good things about this technique. I’d even heard a radio interview that convinced me.
So I took my bulges and went for a consultation. After drawing up a treatment plan with the doctor for overall care, the assistants weighed me and took measurements from every angle to begin the remodelling of my body.
In 4 sessions, I completed 11 treatment areas: inner thighs, saddlebags, love handles, abdomen and even behind my back at bra strap level. Yes-yes, I’d really decided to take care of myself.
The sessions were quite pleasant, once you got over the weird first impression with the suction cup. The cold anaesthetized the treated areas, so I slept and read while the machine worked.
When the treatments were over, I had a few aches and pains and sometimes slight bruises, with a tingling sensation in certain areas.
What a joy when I started to feel myself melting all over after 2-3 weeks! The photos taken by the doctor after three months were amazing! I’d already forgotten how plump I was before the treatment. Of course, I’ve continued to work out and eat healthily.
I’m all for short skirts, bikinis and tight tops.

Treatment

Following a silhouette analysis, Coolsculpting refrigerated applicators are positioned on the areas to be treated. The suction cup applicator sucks in the bead, then holds it at a very low temperature for 30-60 minutes. The treated area is then massaged vigorously for 2 minutes. The reaction triggered in the tissues will selectively destroy fat cells while preserving all other structures (skin, muscles, nerves). Residual fatty acids and cellular debris will gradually be eliminated through normal metabolic pathways.

Results

As soon as treatment is complete, you can resume your activities without any restrictions. The lipids released will be naturally eliminated by the body’s metabolism over the three months following the procedure. Volume reduction can be observed as early as the third week, and will reach its maximum around the third month.
